Frequently asked questions
General
1. How is TEENLIFTING different from the other electro stimulations of the muscles available on the market?
TEENLIFTING® stimulation uses specially designed and unique electrodes, which are stimulating all muscles at the same time. This is the only way to electrical stimulation achieve maximum results on all muscles (raised the threshold of comfort which increases the intensity of a single stimulation of all muscles or large functional groups of muscles). Classical stimulation operates only on small areas of the individual muscles, as for them too intensively, and without affecting the adjacent muscles.
2. How long does one treatment last?
Treatments of face and body last 30 minutes each.
Face
1. How does TEENLIFTING treatment stimulate all face muscles at the same time?
As the muscles are anatomically connected, they achieve synchronised contraction with specially designed and unique shaped electrodes. During different training TEENLIFTING stimulates all the facial muscles: muscles of the forehead, scalp, temples, eyes, cheeks, mouth, double chin, chin and neck. The method of training and a combination of muscles are different (combination of many training).
2. How does TEENLIFTING impact the skin?
Health, appearance and natural skin tone, TEENLIFTING stimulation solves with:
- raised and tensed tone of the main supporters of the skin, such as muscles
- increased circulation and lymphatic drainage of subcutaneous tissue and skin tissue, which provides a faster flow of liquid without their backwardness (entry of nutrients, water, hormones … and removing waste products)
- increased microcirculation of the skin that gives it tension, gloss and in the healthiest way stimulates the natural compression of the skin.
3. Why is it important to start with TEENLIFTING before age 30?
In 30s muscles relax, change form and expression of the face. It is ideal to start in the 30s to maintain a small and sturdy face shape and keep a youthful appearance forever.
4. Am I too old for TEENLIFTING?
There is no upper age limit.
5. Will my wrinkles diminish?
Yes, they will. The speed of wrinkle diminishing is individual and depends on the number of training, age and other factors.
6. Will my mimic wrinkles diminish?
TEENLIFTING stimulation will rejuvenate the entire face, chin and neck, and not only make one wrinkle diminish. The speed of the wrinkles diminishing is individual and depends on the number of training, age and other factors.
7. Is there a difference between mimic wrinkles and rumpling (puckery) skin?
There is.
Mimic wrinkles are the first wrinkles that appear at the age of 30, due to relaxation of mimic muscles. We all have the same mimic muscles and therefore mimic wrinkles are in the same places. Genetics is the only reason why someone gets some wrinkles sooner or later, i.e. depends if muscles are stronger or weaker. For example, with siblings, one of them has mothers genes and has more wrinkles around the eyes (muscles around the eyes are weaker), and the other genetically is more on dad and has a double chin (weaker chin muscles). Rumpling(puckery) skin appears due to a loss of subcutaneous adipose tissue of the skin, loss and weakening of the collagen and elastin in the skin and skin dehydration (water loss). It naturally occurs with ageing, or with the appearance of certain diseases and taking medications.

8. When will I see the first results?
Already after the first treatment you see the refreshment of the whole face, and after the fifth treatment, you can see the first results.
9. What will happen if I stop treatments?
Interrupting the continuity of treatment is not harmful to the face, because the muscle is retaining the resulting tone. If you continue with treatment later, the results are added together. It would be better even a couple of training sessions per year, but to allow the muscles to relax continuously.
10. Is TEENLIFTING painful?
You are the one who determines the intensity of stimulation at any time.
11. How often do I have to come to the treatments?
Average clients come make 15 to 30 treatments a year, but the time and finances will likely determine your tempo of training. It is better even a couple of training per year, so you do not allow muscles to relax continuously. It is best to do annual training plan, and adapt to “preferred annual plan” in TEENLIFTING centres.
12. Which are absolute contraindications?
Pregnancy and pace-maker.

1. How is TEENLIFTING different from the other electro stimulations?
TEENLIFTING® stimulation uses specially designed and unique electrodes, stimulating all muscles at the same time. It is precisely this way of electrical stimulation that achieve maximum results on all muscles (raised the threshold of comfort which increases the intensity of a single stimulation of all muscles or large functional groups of muscles). Classical stimulation operates only on small areas of the individual muscles, as for them too intensively, and without affecting the adjacent muscles.
2. Isn’t it better to actively exercise? Why should I go to the electrostimulation?
It is ideal to combine active (fitness, gym, swimming …) exercise with TEENLIFTING electrostimulation of WHOLE BODY or CRITICAL AREAS. Nothing can compare with the 30-minute TEENLIFTING of the whole body workout because of maximum efficiency of stimulation: arms, shoulders, chest, back, torso, abdomen, gluteus, hips, legs and feet. The results that you achieve only by active exercise in the same amount of time multiply, and accelerate better, combining them with electro stimulation. Also, TEENLIFTING improves painful areas that restrict you in the active exercise. For example, muscle fibres, by type, are divided into fast and slow. All muscles in the body have a certain percentage of both, defined by heritage. For each muscle group (arms, legs…) we have to do both fast training for fast fibres and skow training fr slow muscle fibres, which requires an increase in hours of work and exercise. During TEENLIFTING body stimulation, all muscle groups of the whole body, with its fast and slow fibres, are working and exercising from the first to the last second of the treatment.
- According to performance there are: passive, active assisted, active independent and active exercises with resistance or weight.
- Exercises to maintain maximum range of motion in all joints
- Exercises for static stretching
- Exercise for strengthening, endurance, speed and coordination:
- Isometric – isometric contraction
- Isotonic – concentric and eccentric contraction
- Isokinetic
- Contraction of fast and slow muscle fibers
3. Can I work more on my critical muscles/areas?
Critical areas such as the abdomen, gluteus, arms … (and exercise is for shaping and strengthening), can work independently. For abdomen and gluteus, there are NEW, specially shaped electrodes with which the fastest and most effective results are achieved. Due to regular and continuous training, it is best to do annual training plan and financially adapt to “favourable annual plan” price in TEENLIFTING centres.
4. Does it remove cellulite?
Removes. Female sex hormone estrogen is responsible for cellulite. Estrogen builds up fat and reserves flow of the extracellular fluid. Reason for the creation/non creation of cellulite is nutrition, physical activity, genetics, stress…
Cellulite can only be kept under control, but not eliminate (unless genetics are in favour of removing it).
Direct and “permanent” way to solve this complex problem is:
Cellulite can only be kept under control, but not eliminate (unless genetics are in favour of removing it).
Direct and “permanent” way to solve this complex problem is:
- increase of microcirculation of the skin
- increase of lymphatic drainage and increase of the flow of extracellular fluid
- increase of the muscle strength (as a permanent pump that maintains the flow of fluids) on affected tissues
Precisely in this way TEENLIFTING is very successful in dealing with the problem and removing cellulite. Without such intensive strengthening of the muscle tone of the affected tissue, the result would be short-term (like with handmade massage).
